Optimal lighting system for aquatic plants and tropical plants

At ADA, we have been researching and developing lighting systems specialized for growing aquatic plants for 30 years since we began developing NA Lamp in the early 90’s. As a result of the experiences, we discovered that a full spectrum of the sunlight was not necessarily an ideal light for aquatic plants and tropical plants. We have been observing photosynthesis and growth speed of aquatic plants, colors of leaves, leaf scorch and outbreaks of algae through practices in Nature Aquarium and Aqua Terrarium, and pursuing an ideal lighting system beyond the sunlight. As a result, a new generation lighting system with RGB LED lights was created. The lighting optimal for aquatic plants and tropical plants vividly and beautifully illuminates aquascapes and Paludarium.

Solar RGB

The flagship model of ADA’s lighting systems
It is the first lighting system developed with RGB LED lights (Patent No. 6722938). The light is optimal for photosynthesis of aquatic plants and enjoying aquatic plants. It brightly illuminates aquatic plants both submerged and emersed, and tropical plants.
