Special Card for IAPLC 2026 TOP 300 Nominees
Those nominated in the IAPLC 2026 TOP 300 will receive a special card featuring this year’s contest artwork.


Based on the current reservation status for the Nature Aquarium Gallery, the deadline for the special reservation benefit for TOP 300 nominees will be Sunday, September 27. If you are a TOP 300 nominee and plan to attend the event, we encourage you to make your reservation as early as possible.

If you have already made a reservation to visit the Nature Aquarium Gallery, you do not need to apply again.

ADA FESTIVAL Frequently Asked Questions
 
Are there any limits on the number of goods I can purchase? Can I line up before the venue opens?
For ADA FESTIVAL 2026 limited-edition goods, purchases will be limited to a maximum of two items per person. From 9:00 a.m., when the parking area opens, staff at each sales booth may set up designated lines in advance. Please follow the instructions by staff and line up accordingly. Please note that any lines formed before staff have provided instructions will not be recognized. In addition, the purchasing procedure may differ depending on the product. Please make sure you understand the purchasing procedure for each product in advance.
 
What time does the parking area open?
The parking area will be available from 9:00 a.m. on the day of the event. Please note that entering or parking in the parking area before 9:00 a.m. is not permitted. If you are traveling from a long distance, please plan your arrival according to the parking area's opening time.
The temporary parking area has been arranged using parking facilities rented from another company. Unauthorized parking before the parking area opens is strictly prohibited.
 
Can I attend even if I did not enter the IAPLC? Is there an admission fee?
ADA FESTIVAL is open to everyone, regardless of whether or not you entered the IAPLC.
The outdoor area is free of charge and does not require a reservation. Please note that admission to the Nature Aquarium Gallery requires advance reservation and an admission fee.
Additional charges apply for food and beverages, merchandise, attractions, and other activities.
 
Can someone else collect my IAPLC 2026 TOP 300 benefit on my behalf?
The TOP 300 benefit is provided to those who actually attend ADA FESTIVAL. Therefore, it cannot be collected by someone else on your behalf.
 
Is there a cloakroom or lockers at the venue?
There is no cloakroom or locker facility at the venue. Please keep your belongings with you and manage them at your own responsibility.
 
How can I get to the venue by public transportation?
The nearest station is Maki Station on the JR Echigo Line. If you are traveling by highway bus, the nearest stop is Maki-Katahigashi Interchange. Both are some distance from the venue, so we recommend using a taxi or other transportation to reach the venue.
 
Can I take a taxi to the venue? What about the return trip?
A designated taxi drop-off and pick-up area will be set up near the event venue. When taking a taxi, please tell the driver that your destination is:

Please arrange your own taxi transportation both to and from the venue.
 
Will the event be held if it rains?
Yes. The event will be held rain or shine. As there will also be outdoor areas, please bring appropriate rain gear, such as an umbrella or raincoat. Please also dress appropriately for changes in temperature and weather conditions on the day.
 
Can I take photos and videos?
Yes. Photography and video recording are permitted, and you may also post them on social media. Please be considerate of other visitors when taking photos or videos. However, please refrain from using flash photography, tripods, or live-streaming video.
