From April 23 to 26, 2026, ADA took part in the “AGA 2026 Convention” held in Sacramento, California, together with ADA U.S.A..

The Aquatic Gardeners Association (AGA) is a historic organization representing aquarium enthusiasts throughout North America. Held biennially, the convention welcomes aquarists and industry professionals from across the United States and around the world.

ADA SUIKEI Creator Daichi Araki appeared as a guest speaker, presenting the philosophy and beauty of the Nature Aquarium while also touching upon elements of Japanese aesthetics. His interpretation of planted aquarium layout through a uniquely Japanese perspective drew significant interest and enthusiastic reactions from attendees.

The event also featured an aquascaping demonstration by Dave Chow, Grand Prize winner of the IAPLC 2007, using a W900mm ADA full system. Participants watched intently as a beautiful aquascape gradually took shape through the refined techniques he has cultivated over many years. The finished work — a remarkable fusion of his unique style and the Nature Aquarium aesthetic — received high praise and warm applause from the audience.

ADA U.S.A. also exhibited a dedicated brand booth at the venue, drawing considerable attention with displays that included beautiful Nature Aquariums.

In addition, the convention featured presentations by prominent figures from across the aquarium industry along with a variety of other events, creating an atmosphere of excitement throughout the entire gathering. The passion shared by attendees for Nature Aquarium and aquarium culture left a particularly strong impression on us.
