In 2025, IAPLC marks its 25th anniversary. To celebrate this milestone year, we are proud to host two major events in Niigata, Japan: the IAPLC2025 Award Ceremony and IAPLC FES 2025.

● Event Dates
Saturday, November 1 – Sunday, November 2, 2025
*Advance registration required. Applications open after the global ranking announcement on YouTube (August 30).

● Day 1: IAPLC 2025 Award Ceremony
Date: Saturday, November 1, 2025
Venue: ANA Crowne Plaza Hotel Niigata – 3F “Hishou”

(Approx. 5 mins by taxi from JR Niigata Station / 20 mins by taxi from Niigata Airport)
14:00 – Registration opens
15:00 – Part 1: IAPLC2025 Award Ceremony
16:00–17:30 – Part 2: Dinner Party (at the same venue)

*Accommodation options will be provided in the application form, or participants may arrange their own.

● Day 2: IAPLC FES 2025 (at ADA Headquarters)
Date: Sunday, November 2, 2025
Venue: Aqua Design Amano Headquarters
8554-1 Urushiyama, Nishikan-ku, Niigata City
08:30 – Shuttle bus departs from ANA Crowne Plaza Hotel
(You may also travel directly to ADA HQ on your own)
09:00–15:00 – Event Activities:
・Explore the Nature Aquarium Gallery
・ADA merchandise sales, Plant Bazaar
・Food trucks, Product Auction, etc.
*Return buses will be available after the event to Tsubamesanjo Station, Niigata Station, and Niigata Airport.
*The tour of the 4-meter Nature Aquarium at Amano’s private residence will not be conducted.
*Participation on Day 2 only is not accepted.

● Participation Fee
Adults (13 years and up): ¥20,000 (tax included)
Children (ages 3–12): ¥15,000 (tax included)
*Fee includes participation in both events, commemorative goods, and shuttle bus transportation.
*Accommodation (optional) costs an additional ¥9,500–¥25,000.
*No discounts or refunds for attending only one day or not using the shuttle bus.
