From July 11th to 15th, the event “The World of Nature Aquarium – Beijing” was held at ADA Nature Aquarium World, a newly opened showroom in Beijing. This event was part of the global “The World of Nature Aquarium” series and celebrated the grand opening of the stunning new ADA showroom. The goal was not only to mark the opening, but to further promote the unique beauty and philosophy of the Nature Aquarium to a wider audience.
The highlight of the event was a five-day project to create a massive 4-meter-wide Nature Aquarium, led by ADA SUIKEI creator Yusuke Homma.

Visitors came from across China, many with questions and curiosity about how such a large layout is built. Throughout the event, the atmosphere was lively and full of meaningful exchange. Among the audience were several top-ranking IAPLC contestants, who engaged actively with Homma, sharing thoughts, offering insights, and exchanging creative ideas. Thanks to their deep knowledge and shared passion, the atmosphere stayed focused and collaborative, even during long sessions of concentrated layout work — a true reflection of the event’s energy and appeal.

To ensure more people could experience the process, the entire layout creation was broadcast live on major Chinese social media platforms. This not only allowed enthusiasts from all over the country to watch in real time, but also created a valuable opportunity for experienced aquascapers to learn and exchange ideas virtually.

The final result — a spectacular 4-meter Nature Aquarium — can now be seen in person at ADA Nature Aquarium World in Beijing. We hope it continues to inspire many more people to experience the beauty of underwater nature.
