NA Water

Although tap water is clean water that has been filtered and sanitized with chlorine, the impurities in the tap water, such as residual chlorine and metal ions, are problematic for keeping aquatic organisms in it. NA Water is a water purification system that removes the residual chlorine and other impurities quickly. It produces purified water suitable for keeping the aquatic organisms. Anyone can make safe water for aquarium by connecting water outlet and hose.

* The Cation Filter (optional)turns tap water into soft water suitable for growing aquatic plants by lowering the total hardness (TH)of tap water.

○ Easy to use even for the first time.
Since NA Water has filters loaded at the time of shipment, it can be used easily by simply connecting it to a water supply with a hose (please prepare a pressure-resistant hose for water supply separately).

○ Two types of filters are included.
There is a possibility that tap water contains impurities such as iron rust, harmful substances such as chlorine residue, and germs. Two types of filters, Pre-Filter PP5 and Carbon Filter HD30, remove impurities and harmful substances efficiently.

Pre-filter PP5

This is a polypropylene material which effectively removes impurities such as iron rust and water stain contained in tap water. It further enhances the processing capacity of carbon filter which performs after-treatment and creates clear water.

Replacement interval: 6 months

Carbon Filter HD30

This product offers superior residual chlorine removal capability by compressed higher density activated carbon fibers. It is also great for increasing the flow rate for water changes. It does not alter pH of the water.

Recommended Replacement interval: Approximately 6 months

Carbon Filter HD300

This is a high performance activated carbon filter. The treated water has a high pH immediately after treatment. For an aquarium with an organism that is sensitive to a pH variation, the water should be stored in a container for a while.

Replacement interval: Approximately 5 years
Total water treatment volume: 300,000ℓ

Cation Filter (for softening tap water)

Cation Filter is a cation exchange resin filter for softening tap water by lowering its total hardness (TH). It is not a filter for producing pure water. It can turn 1,000L of tap water with TH100-200mg/L into soft water with below TH50mg/L. Salt water regeneration is also possible.
