A beautiful product to look at without saying it, Tower is a stainless-steel case that houses a large CO2 cylinder. However, a typical large CO2 cylinder has a rounded bottom to increase pressure resistance and a tall cylindrical shape, which makes its center of gravity high, and its shape is not very stable.
