FAQ

Nature Aquarium Gallery is the exhibition space of the planted aquarium layouts created by Mr. Takashi Amano, and it is open to publish for free of charge during weekends and National holidays in Japan. Over 30 aquariums are exhibited in the gallery, and they are regularly replaced with new layouts.
The gallery also serves a role of show-room of the Nature Aquarium Goods, and Do!aqua product line-ups.

Aquarium Layout RENEWAL!

We have made a renewal of the layout exhibition in February, 2010, and you can see the new style of layouts. At initial stage, you can observe all the tricks and layout expertise in the aquarium tank, as the plants are not fully grown yet. Please check the latest Amano style layout design, and get inspiration for your next layout.

Nature Aquarium Gallery HISTORY

The Nature Aquarium Gallery was established in July, 2003, and it is located in the entrance space of ADA Headquarter in Niigata, Japan. Even though access to the gallery may not be easy for travelers from abroad, we are confident you can experience the original AMANO layout you cannot find anywhere else, and it is worth making a day-trip from Tokyo or other major tourist spots in Japan. We also recommend gallery visitors to stay overnight in a traditional Japanese style Inn with a hot spring bath, and enjoy delicacies of Niigata.
