Realization of a beautiful aquatic plant bush with high density.
One of the Wabi-Kusa’s features is its high density. By a special manufacturing method, there are so many rooted aquatic plants on a Wabi-Kusa. It is quite difficult to recreate even with a pair of tweezers. That is the key to creating a beautiful bush of submerged leaves when sinking it in water.

02 Varieties

There are 3 types of Wabi-Kusa. Aquatic plants of Size 5Ø are mainly undergrowth. And the base of 5Ø is thin so that it can be put easily into substrate. Aquatic plants of 6.5Ø and 9Ø are mainly for background. And they can be used in accordance with spaces for planting.

03 Growth

Adopting various aquatic plants growing differently.
So many aquatic plants are used for Wabi-Kusa. The ways each aquatic plant grows vary depending on the varieties. Some aquatic plants grow straight vertically toward light. On the other hand, some other aquatic plants grow spreading horizontally. Among the dense Wabi-Kusa, each aquatic plant grows in search of light as though they are competing with each other with different strategies.

04 Organic

Safe for organisms, pesticide-free greenhouse cultivation.
All Wabi-Kusa is cultivated in ADA’s own greenhouses. The best conditions for aquatic plants are met by controlling temperature, humidity, illumination, and CO2 concentration. It is safe for shrimps and fish because we do not use any pesticide.

05 Rooting

Great rooting without much failure even for beginners.
Aquatic plants vigorously spread their roots in the base of Wabi-Kusa. The transition from emersed leaves to submerged leaves is smooth while nutrient absorption from the roots is performed without a hitch because we can avoid damaging the roots by just placing them.
