Unfortunately, there have been issues with our external filters “Super Jet Filter ES-300 Ver.2 (Spin Type and Lily Type)” and “New Pump + Top Plate Set for Super Jet Filter ES-300 Ver. 2” we had sold since May. Some of the pumps suddenly stopped working in use. After our thorough investigation, we found out that it was caused by a malfunction of an electronic circuit board inside the pump.

If you experience any problem with the product, we have replacements with the improved electronic circuit boards for exchange.
And for those who have no issue with the product so far, we will exchange them for free after December when we have enough replacements of ES-300 Ver.2 pump-self + plate set upon requests in order to ensure your satisfaction with the product.

We sincerely apologize to those who have no problem with the product so far for the delay because of the limited quantities of the replacements we currently have.

2. Occurring event and its cause
As for Super Jet Filter ES-300 Ver.2, it suddenly stops working in use. It is considered that it is caused by a malfunction of its electronic circuit board inside the pump.
